As Vice President of Operations at Nxlite Corporation, Shannon oversees all aspects of strategic operations including optimizing business functions and driving scalability. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions at Alegion, MTPV Power Corporation, Dun & Bradstreet, Compaq, and Hewlett Packard, spearheading operational improvements, technology integrations, and business excellence initiatives that have led to significant revenue and margin growth.  Shannon holds a BS Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, and an MS Degree from Louisiana State University. In addition, he is a certified ASQ Quality & Reliability Engineer and 6-Sigma Blackbelt.
